Mrs Dr Lady Evangelist Lawyer Janet Ogundipe Fashakin RN, Esq PhD (online from Walden University 2011) wrote the following essay. She has a story about her father being a young Muslim boy being dead for 3 days and being brought to life.Click here for moreon the multiply degreed essayist.
MJoTA does not believe her. The references she quotes are from interviews she gave. From what MJoTA understands, she is in sole possession of any documentation of the second person in history rising from the dead after 3 days. What is true? Certainly, she did have a father. Was he John Ogundipe? MJoTA does not know. Was he ill at 9? MJoTA does not know. Was he revived from a state that looked like death? MJoTA does not know. Was his seemingly lifeless body dragged around for 3 days from mosque to church to revival tent by his distraught mother, as Mrs Dr Lady Evangelist Lawyer Janet Ogundipe Fashakin RN, Esq PhD was reported to have told her interviewers? MJoTA knows that Muslims are buried the day they die.
Following the essay published by Mrs Dr Lady Evangelist Lawyer Janet Ogundipe Fashakin RN, Esq PhD on the internet are 2 stories on men revived after being pronounced dead; one after sophisticated machinery and healthcare professionals found no evidence of life. What surprises MJoTA is that Mrs Dr Lady Evangelist Lawyer Janet Ogundipe Fashakin RN, Esq PhD is a registered nurse and lawyer in the United States, click here for more about her.
HAPPY POSTHUMOR 91ST BIRTHDAY to DADDY JOHN OBI OLUWABAMIJI OGUNDIPE of APOSTLE JOSEPH BABALOLA FAME!!!
Happy posthumor 91st birthday to my father JOHN OLUWABAMIJI OGUNDIPE.
For those who were alive at the time or who knew about the miracle, the popular songs of "Omi lo fi se wosan, o s'oku ale ana da laaye, omi lo fi se wosan" (He healed with just water, he brought to life the dead of yesterday he healed with just water) and the song "O so oku di alaye ni 1930, ta lo dabi ire o akiri sore...".My father would be allowed to live out additional 70 years as the Psalmist says in Psalm 90:10, dying at age 82 in 2002. We are "omo majemu" (covenant children). Be careful to bless us and not try to curse us. Our family has God's promises over us as in Genesis 12:3 :3 I will bless those who bless you, and him (or her) who curses you I will and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
At my 50th birthday memoir, I paid tribute to the God of my father and of Apostle Ayodele Babalola, the Apostolic Church and the Christ Apostolic Church, persons who together made it possible for me a child that almost was not, to be by the power of God in their lives. I understood very well that Bible verse of "[t]o whom much is given, much is expected." Luke 12:48.
Though a Registered nurse and an attorney by professions, my calling today as a Lady Evangelist in Christ Apostolic Church under the ministry of Pastor Solomon Oyeleke (CAC EDCC, USA) is not a mistake but what has been predestined by God. PLEASE JOIN ME TO WISH MY DAD A HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND JOIN ME TO PRAISE THE LORD GOD OF MIRACLE who transformed our then Ogun worshipping clan to a joy and salvation enabling family.
My popular song whenever I remember my dad's miraculous life is "Arakunrin, arabirin, tewe tagba e ba mi gb'Oluwa ga, Elese ta dariji, yin Oluwa.(My fellow men and women, young and old, join me to praise the Lord, once a sinner now forgiven, praise ye the Lord).

My father first died at age 10 in 1930* and through God's miraculous power in the life and ministry of APOSTLE AYODELE BABALOLA, his resurrection triggered the powerful revival of 1930 in Oke-Oye Ilesa. He was renamed OLUWABAMIJI by Apostle Ayodele Babalola and he followed him to Ikeji Arakeji where God performed another miracle of openning the womb of my aunt late Madam Oguntinu Fafowora, the mother of my first cousin OLORI OLUWAREMILEKUN ADEOSUN (the Yeyelori of HRH OBA ADEOSUN, the Akinla of Erin Ijesa (late)
Interesting how many reports are floating around about children and adults dead for a day or 3 or 4, and miraculously being brought back to life. Physiologically fascinating, but I wouldn't base a religion on it. That could be fraud. MJoTA hopes those miraculously revived spend their remaining years wisely.
MJoTA found several more academic and mass media articles about people being believed dead jumping up and running around. MJoTA has heard this was so frequent in 19th century Britain that dead people were buried with bells. Which they rang when they came back to life.
July 25, 2011 - 11:32AMA 50-year-old South African man thought to have died woke up in a chilly morgue and shouted to be let out, scaring off two attendants who thought he was a ghost. "His family thought he had died," health spokesman Sizwe Kupelo told the Sapa news agency. "The family called a private undertaker who took what they thought was a dead body to the morgue, but the man woke up inside the morgue on Sunday at 5pm and screamed, demanding to be taken out of the cold place." This caused two mortuary attendants on duty to flee the building in the small town of Libode in the rural Eastern Cape as they thought it was a ghost, the agency reported. An ambulance was sent to fetch the man, who had "been exposed to extreme cold for nearly 24 hours", Mr Kupelo said. He said the public should not assume that a sick person had died and call the mortuary, the report said."Doctors, emergency workers and the police are the only people who have a right to examine the patients and determine if they are dead or not."AFP"

OKLAHOMA CITY – Four months after he was declared brain dead and doctors were about to remove his organs for transplant, Zach Dunlap says he feels "pretty good."His family approved having his organs harvested. Dunlap was pronounced dead November 19 at United Regional Healthcare System in Wichita Falls, Texas, after he was injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident. As family members were paying their last respects, he moved his foot and hand. He reacted to a pocketknife scraped across his foot and to pressure applied under a fingernail.
Asked if he would have wanted to get up and shake them and say he's alive, Dunlap responded: "Probably would have been a broken window that went out."Dunlap said he has no recollection of the crash."I remember a little bit that was about an hour before the accident happened. But then about six hours before that, I remember," he said.Dunlap, 21, said one thing he does remember is hearing the doctors pronounce him dead. "I'm glad I couldn't get up and do what I wanted to do," he said.
His father, Doug, said he saw the results of the brain scan. Zach's mother, Pam, said that when she discovered he was still alive, "That was the most miraculous feeling. There was no activity at all, no blood flow at all. We had gone, like I said, from the lowest possible emotion that a parent could feel to the top of the mountains again," she said. She said her son is doing "amazingly well," but still has problems with his memory as his brain heals from the traumatic injury."It may take a year or more ... before he completely recovers," she said. "But that's OK. It doesn't matter how long it takes. We're just all so thankful and blessed that we have him here."
After 48 days in the hospital, he was allowed to return home, where he continues to work on his recovery. "Just makes me thankful, makes me thankful that they didn't give up," he said. "Only the good die young, so I didn't go." Dunlap now has the pocketknife that was scraped across his foot, causing the first reaction.
