We are going on a journey. A friend, or neighbor, or child, has been infected by bacteria. Their temperature is rising dangerously, they are very ill. The healthcare professional is not sure they will survive, and tells their loved ones to make them comfortable, make them drink fluids, see if aspirin will bring down the temperature, and then just wait to see if their own immune system will fight off the bacteria. Because when humans develop resistance to antibiotics, that is all we can do.
Class 1. Become familiar with antibiotics. Join the Facebook page, Medical Writing Institute and I will put you in the secret group for ths class.
You will be given a quiz before you progress to Class 2.
